Returns


Returns are available for store credit, within 48 hours of receiving the package.

If you're uncertain about sizing then please send an email before purchasing so we can help. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, notify us within 2 days of receiving your package and return it within 7 days. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Once parcel is received back, it will be checked to make sure it meets the return standard.  Only then will the store credit be issued. 



In the rare case an item is faulty please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Ideally this would be through repair first. However a replacement or refund for the item will be arranged where necessary.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
